10 questions with Beth Sutton, Administrator.

1. What was your first job? In a small coffee shop in Coventry as a waitress/barista. I worked there from when I was 14 till 21.

2. How did you get into the building industry? I wanted a new opportunity and was excited about the prospects and versatility of the building industry.

3. What project are you currently working on? I have only just started so currently learning all the basics and I’m helping out with the quotes and general enquiries.

4. What’s the best piece of advice you have ever been given? Just to do whatever makes you happy as long as you’re being kind.

5. Coffee or tea? Coffee!

6. Proudest achievement to date? Graduating university with a first.

7. How do you like to unwind? Either in the gym or a few glasses of wine.

8. What would you say to young people entering the industry? Go for it as there are lots of opportunities.

9. If you ruled the world for a day… I would make everyone equal and travelling free.

10. What’s the best thing about working at Base? The team.
